Addressing energetic health is sometimes the missing piece of the puzzle 🧩🧩 it is a complimentary therapy alongside physical, and mental health treatments out there and I must specify it should not be considered an alternative‼
**Do you know that energy gets trapped in the body (stored as trauma)??**
I combine intuitive insight with practical expertise to assess and balance the body’s energy field, supporting holistic wellness. I use a range of tools and modalities to gently release trapped or stagnant energy – often the root of emotional, physical, or energetic imbalance.
🎤 My speaking topics and facilitated sessions have an emphasis on ‘Energy Management’ and I also provide tools for healing and support beyond my sessions.
Having the opportunity to speak at events and share about what I am passionate about has been a huge confidence builder 💪
…and my foray back into events as a Global Venue Finder has brought my two professional worlds together ! 🙏
As a venue finder, I help people, businesses, and event planners find and book fabulous spaces for group events—think school formals in Melbourne, wellness retreats in Bali, weddings in the Philippines, conferences in Sydney… or something even further afield 🌍
And my service is free. 🙌
I do the searching, provide comparable options, negotiate favourable rates and conditions, and assist in the contract and booking process – so clients can save time and focus on the fun, creative parts of the event (or simply have one less thing on their plate).
I’m currently assisting clients with venues for:
🎓 School formals and graduations
🧘 Wellness retreats
🌍 International school & sporting tours
🏢 Corporate events and multi-day conferences
…including a full property buyout for a 3 day conference (yes, the entire hotel!) 🏩
And for my international friends, we work with clients based around the world too 🌎✈️
So that’s my venue booking business hat 🤠
It has therefore been a no brainer for me to package everything together to create an EVENT WELLNESS offering, where I facilitate tailored sessions for teams and groups, using the tools and modalities I have mastered over many, many years.
I’m super and beyond excited (insert extra adverbs here, just to say you’re excited…🤣) about where this is heading, with 👉
- 🎤 Speaking gigs
- ✅ Workshops supporting corporate clients, teams, children and young people, groups
- ✨ Facilitating wellness sessions at events
- 🧘♀️ Guided meditations
- 🚀 Wellness retreats (watch this space 🧐)
- as well as my beautiful, nurturing private sessions with my clients 🥰
So that’s my life update in a nutshell – and at the very core of my being, I’m still just a mumma of four beautiful angels 😇😇😇😇 I also wouldn’t be at this life juncture without my team of earth angels, friends, family, besties, soul family & cheerleaders.
I am truly divinely supported!! 🙏 🙏
